Sam Gillis MREC- Director
In 1989, Sam started her recruitment career in Eastbourne, working at PSB Recruitment. She spent the following years developing her skills throughout the entire business. Sam moved on to work in Brighton at Kelly Services and then decided to specialise in national recruitment. Combined with a very successful and highly reputable sales background, Sam has a wealth of recruitment and business acumen to ensure complete satisfaction of clients and candidates alike.
Tara Morris- Recruitment Consultant
After leaving college with Law, Psychology and IT, Tara started her career in a letting agency before moving on to The Woolwich Bank in Eastbourne. Tara then pursued her interest in accounts by landing a role as an Assistant Recruitment Consultant for Grafters Accountancy Personnel in August 2006 and has quickly proved herself to be an indispensable team member, resulting in her obtaining the title of Recruitment Consultant in August 2007.
Sian Maher MREC - Director
Sian started her recruitment career in 1988 specialising in the commercial sector. Her experience extended to Technical, Accountancy and Secretarial. Having worked in London for Douglas Llambias - Accountancy Recruitment, in the early 90s, Sian was promoted to Branch Manager for Blue Arrow in Hastings. In 1999 she started Grafters Recruitment Consultants in Eastbourne together with Nick Graff, and this combination helped to secure their position as one of the most successful agencies in this area with awards to match!
Nick Graff MREC - Director
Nick began his career in recruitment in 1987 working in the industrial sector. After several years of successfully managing Eastbourne based recruitment agencies, Nick set up Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999 along with Sian Maher. Grafters was voted Eastbourne's most Professional Business at the Eastbourne Business Awards 2004.
